PRODUCT ADVANTAGES:

① It can replace Phenolic Backup, and there is no need to worry about the poor quality caused by insufficient thickness drilling after using it twice.

② The soft core plate can reduce the wear of the drill and prolong the service life of the drill.

③ Compared with the Phenolic Backup, the deformation degree will be reduced, the environmental pollution will be reduced, and it will be more environmentally friendly.

④ The surface hardness is high, which can meet the drilling requirements of the board with high requirements for the base board burr.

USAGE METHOD:

① When drilling, it is placed under the PCB board, which can be used twice, and the front and back sides can be used once respectively.

② The drill needs to reserve a chip removal space of 10% to 20% of the effective edge length.  

③ Before use, it must be ensured that there is no scratch, and the contact surface between the backing plate and the PCB board must be cleaned before the board is installed.
STORAGE CONDITIONS:

① The stretch film is fully covered and cannot be directly exposed to the air to isolate the contact between moisture and the board, and fiberboard is used to fix it around the card board to prevent the board from warping due to weight factors when stacking.

② The stacking height should not exceed three pallets.

③ In particularly humid weather, try to use it up within 12 hours after opening to prevent the board from warping deformed by moisture; if it cannot be used up, please re-pack it with stretch film.

④Placed horizontally, the storage period of the original packaging is six months.The temperature: room temperature, humidity is≤65%.
