PRODUCT ADVANTAGES:
① Compared with ordinary backup, it has high hardness and can effectively prevent the base plate burr.
② Compared with Phenolic Backup, it can prolong the service life of drill needle.
③ Cost-effective, can replace some Phenolic Backup.
USAGE METHOD:
① When drilling, it is placed under the PCB board, which can be used twice, and the front and back sides can be used once respectively.
② The drill needs to reserve a chip removal space of 10% to 20% of the effective edge length.
③ Before use, it must be ensured that there is no scratch, and the contact surface between the backing plate and the PCB board must be cleaned before the board is installed.
STORAGE CONDITIONS:
① In particularly humid weather, try to use it up within 12 hours after opening to prevent the board from warping deformed by moisture; if it cannot be used up, please re-pack it with stretch film.
② Placed horizontally, the storage period of the original packaging is six months.The temperature: room temperature, humidity is≤65%.
