PRODUCT ADVANTAGES:

② With good heat dissipation and lubricity, it can quickly reduce the heat generated by friction when the bit is running down at high speed, effectively prevent the bit from overheating and reduce the wear of the drill needle, so as to improve the service life of the drill needle, reduce the needle breakage rate and effectively improve the quality of the hole wall.

③ It can increase the number of drill stack layers, improve drilling efficiency, increase production capacity, and reduce the overall cost of drilling.

METHOD OF USE & STORAGE CONDITIONS:

①STORAGE CONDITIONS:

A. Keep it away from the ground and protect it from moisture, high temperature, mechanical damage and direct sunlight during storage.

B. The storage period of the original package is six months, the temperature is 23±5℃, the humidity is≤65%, and there is no corrosive gas indoors.

C. The stacking height shall not exceed 1 meter, and each pallet shall be placed separately. It shall not be stacked overlapped to avoid deformation.

D. Each package shall be used up as soon as possible within 48 hours after opening. If it cannot be used up, please reseal and store it.

E. When using, do not touch items containing water or water solvent to prevent the damage to the lubricating layer and affect the quality.

②USAGE METHOD:

A.When used, the special lubrication layer is facing up, the Phenolic Entry Board surface is facing down, and it is pasted above the FPC of equal size. and the lubrication layer is the first contact surface of the drill needle.

B. The drill needs to reserve a chip removal space of 10% to 20% of the effective edge length. 

C. It must be free of scratches and bumps before use.
