PRODUCT ADVANTAGES:

①Effectively prevent the burr on the surface of the circuit board when drilling.

②The entry face is made of high-purity aluminum, which can provide a good positioning and guidance function when the drill bit contacts the aluminum sheet instantaneously during the  drilling process, and improve the accuracy of drilling hole position.

④It can replace the upper cover plate (Phenolic Entry Board or Phenolic Backup) used for Teflon drilling, and has recycling value.

METHOD OF USE & STORAGE CONDITIONS:

①When used, the aluminum sheet is facing up, the hardened resin layer is facing down, and it is pasted above the production board. The first contact surface of the drill needle is the aluminum sheet.

②The drill needs to reserve a chip removal space of 10% to 20% of the effective edge length.  

③The four sides are fixed with textured adhesive paper or mechanical means, and there is no arching visually. And pay attention to whether the adhesive tape is tightly attached to the entry board.

④Placed horizontally, the storage period of the original packaging is six months, the temperature is < 35 ℃,and the humidity is≤70%.
